Snowshoers Hike Raven Ridge February 27

Have you wanted to explore Raven Ridge in the winter but aren’t quite sure where to walk or how to get there? Come for a guided snowshoe hike, sponsored by the Charlotte Land Trust, on Sunday afternoon, February 27, at 2:30 p.m., and learn about the winter woods. Rose Graves, a UVM graduate student in ecological planning, will lead the hike. We will meet at the Raven Ridge entrance on Rotax Road in Monkton and head up the hill from there. For directions, please check our website, CharlotteLandTrust.org, and look at the bottom of the Home page for the Raven Ridge Trail Map. Numbers are limited, so please call or e-mail us to register. If you miss this one, we will also be leading a walk in late April to look for signs of emerging spring.
