Queen City Contras Dance, 8 p.m., Edmunds Middle School, 299 Main Street, Burlington. Chris Weiler will call. Music by the Contraindicators. Tour de Store, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Spear’s Corner Store. Samples all day, wine and beer tasting 1-5 p.m. Info: 425-4444.
Snowshoe Demos, 1-2 p.m. at Shelburne Farms Welcome Center. Learn about snowshoeing from the great staff of Outdoor Gear Exchange, then try it in the field. Free. Ages 10 and up.

Celtic Winter Gathering, 7 p.m., All Souls Interfaith Gathering, Shelburne. The evening performance includes an exhibition of various Celtic performances: dance, bagpipes, song and more.
