DIY CRAFT: Rain Hats and Weather Birds.
Tuesday, July 6, 10:30 a.m.: Ride Out the Waves Story Time: Set sail through the storm on a story-time adventure! Ages 3 to 5 with parent or caregiver.
Wednesday, July 7, 3:00 p.m.: Daring Deeds: Storm the Castle: Take on your foe in a water battle to win the day…water and wits both count. Ages 6 to 10.
Thursday, July 8, 10:30 a.m.: Kids Mission: Ride Out the Storm! See which of your boat creations survive the weather in our storm-center pool. Ages 6 to 10.
July 12 – July 16: Love Your Lake
DIY CRAFT: Lake on a Loop Necklace.
Tuesday, July 13, 10:30 a.m. Living in the Lake Story Time: Canoe, kayak, swim or sail. Enjoy tales and treats of Lake Champlain. Ages 3 to 5 with parent or caregiver.
Wednesday, July 14, 3:00 p.m. Movie Time: Hook A stormy pirate adventure with popcorn and lemonade!
Thursday, July 15, 10:30 a.m. Kids Mission: Fossil Phenomenon Jenny Cole leads an exploration into the fossils of the lake. Make your own fossil to take home! Ages 6 to 10.

“Hit the Books,” sponsored by Price Chopper and the Vermont Lake Monsters. Read books and win tickets to an upcoming Lake Monsters ball game.
“Read and Win” gives you a chance to attend the Champlain Valley Fair for free! Read books, earn a ribbon and enter the fair on Kids Day, August 30. There will be awards, a visit with Curly the Cow and other surprises in the Circus Big Top.
“Get Creative at Saving for College” invites parents to sign their children up for the Charlotte Library Summer Reading Program and enter to win $1,000 toward your children’s college education.
