FEBRUARY IS…BLACK HISTORY MONTH
Check out our book display for biographies, stories and folktales about African Americans past and present. Walk along the book-inspired timeline to learn about the contributions of these Americans to United States history and culture.

GAME DAY AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM:
Wednesday, February 17, 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Bring a friend and try out our newest board games or play an old favorite. We’ll have a variety of games for you to try, snacks to sample and a portable gameboard kit to make and take with you. For children grades 1 to 4. Registration required; please call the Library to sign up: 425-3864. Children must bring a note to CCS giving them permission to ride the bus to the Library after school.
WHAT WILL IT BE? February Vacation Program: Tuesday, February 23, at 10:30 a.m.

Magnets & Marshmallows: Crafts, experiments and fun! Sign up for our morning of fun during vacation week and you’ll find out. For children ages 3 to 8. Registration required; please call the Library to sign up: 425-3864.

After School at the Library: Mondays, 3 to 5 p.m.
Join us for games, snacks and even a chance to get some homework done! We’re here every Monday, if you are in 4th through 6th grade, you can be, too. DIY (Do It Yourself) CRAFT FOR FEBRUARY: Melty the Snowman
Celebrate “Hoodie-Hoo” Day on February 20: go outside to yell “Hoodie-Hoo” and welcome in spring! Stop by the library to make a cute windowsill decoration to keep you company as the snow comes and goes.

Programs are free of charge and open to the public.
