After School Program: DIY Ice Cream
Monday, May 24, 3-4:30 p.m.
Yes, ice cream at the library…really! First we’ll make our own ice cream bowls and then shake, shake, shake some ice cream to go in them…complete with toppings, of course. For children grades 1- 4. Registration required; please call the library at 425-3864 to sign up.

Teen Advisory Board: Pizza, Pennies & Peace, Monday, May 24, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
If you’ve read Greg Mortenson’s book, Three Cups of Tea, you know about his initiative to promote peace and education in Pakistan. With the “Pennies for Peace” project, we can all share in this international service-learning program. Open to all middle school and high school students. Please RSVP to the Charlotte Library, 425-3864, or to youthservices@charlottepubliclibrary.org.
