ARRANGE AN ARMFUL? CARRY OUT A CARTLOAD? PICK A PECK? However poetically (or not) you describe it, the good news is we have a bountiful addition of new audio books for children and young adults. The purchase of new audio books and upgrade of old titles from cassette to compact disc is made possible with a grant from the Winnie Belle Learned Fund through the Vermont Department of Libraries. The Charlotte Library was awarded the grant in January and plans to use the additional grant funds to improve and expand the Juvenile nonfiction collections. Stop by the library and select a treat for your travels.
DIY CRAFT: Poem Pockets April is National Poetry Month! Create a pocket to carry your poems and celebrate the second national Poem in Your Pocket Day on Thursday, April 30.
