Brownie Contest For 2008: In recognition and repudiation of January as National Oatmeal Month, the Charlotte Library is holding a Brownie Baking Contest this month. Bakers, start your mixers and bake your best brownie to drop by the Library on the morning of Tuesday, January 22. Judging will take place that afternoon. Use of oats in your recipe is optional.
