Pease Mountain Trail is Open to Public

I am writing to the Charlotte community to inform everyone that the Pease Mountain Trail System, including the portion on Williams Hill, is open to the public. It was brought to our attention that the trail was posted as one enters the woods from the CCS playing fields with caution tape and a no trespassing sign. While this signage and caution tape is in place, it was not installed by us and will be removed.  While we will be starting development on Williams Hill in the early Spring, the trail will remain open, as it is a safe distance from the construction areas.
