Grange Community Citizenship Award Goes to Yvan Plouffe On Monday, May 5, the Charlotte Grange #398 honored Yvan Plouffe with its annual Community Citizenship Award. Yvan was recognized for his generosity and kindness toward his community. His support for the Senior Center was noted as well as the beautiful roses he grows in his own greenhouse to share with the Library, Town Hall, Post Office and Senior Center. The Grange initially asked Yvan to provide some remarks on maple sugaring for our “meeting;” he arrived with sugar on snow and maple candy to the delight of all in attendance. Thank you, Yvan, for making Charlotte a place we want to be. We appreciate all that you do!
