Effective IMMEDIATELY - Charlotte, VT - Essex, NY ferry crossing closed due to record high water until further notice. Grand Isle, VT - Plattsburgh, NY & Chimney Pt., VT - Crown Pt., NY ferry crossings are still running as scheduled.
