CY – Connecting Youth is thrilled to welcome its new Program Director, Christine Lloyd-Newberry. A resident of Colchester, Christine comes to CY with more than 10 years of experience in the non-profit arena working with families and individuals in crisis. Most recently Christine was the Community Programs Manager for the Vermont Office of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As a youth participant in prevention programs in Southern Vermont, Christine was quoted as saying that she was “excited to see her prevention experience come full circle with an organization as vibrant and dynamic as CY.” Christine’s first plan of action is to connect with CY’s growing list of community partners. If you’re on that list you can expect a call from her in the near future. In the meantime she welcomes your emails and phone calls. She can be reached at cnewberry@cssu.org or by phone at (802)383-1230.
