Charlotte Welcomes New Principals

Parents, students and community members turned out in force to meet the new co-principals, Audrey Boutaugh and Greg Marino, and to celebrate the first week of school. The event was the annual PTO BBQ on September 2, and everyone enjoyed the warm summer evening, chatting, eating and playing on the Charlotte Central School playground.
PTO president Monica Marshall said, “There were a lot more people than we expected, and it was a great success. We went through all the food – 100 hot dogs, 100 hamburgers and 50 chicken breasts that I cut in half! The PTO is looking forward to a very successful year with the new administration and a supportive community.”
