Break-In

Locks were broken and doors forced open to several offices during a break-in at Ferry Road Business Park Wednesday night, May 9. The building is occupied by several businesses, including The Charlotte News, Microcosm and EatingWell Magazine. Items stolen included a laptop and digital camera. Entry to the building appears to have been gained through a second-story window by tearing out a screen. The State Police responded and are investigating the incident; anyone with information is urged to contact Trooper Angela Baker, 878-7111.
